Do I need a juicer?
Yes. There are also some companies that will premake and deliver juices to your door. I will send you an email with everything you need to buy.
How long is the program?
3-day fast: 17 days
5-day fast: 19 days
What’s the program structure?
1. Pre-fast Phase I (4 DAYS)
2. Pre-fast Phase II (3 DAYS)
3. Juice Fast (3-5 DAYS)
4. Break-fast (2 DAYS)
5. Post-fast (5 DAYS)
IMPORTANT
If any of the following applies to you, you cannot participate in The Juice Fast:
