A consult can be booked prior to committing to the 12-week service to make sure you're confident with the path forward. There are no requirements to book the 12-week service after the consultation.

During the consultation, we take an in-depth look at your lifestyle and eating habits to uncover how you can reach your health goals.

If you are happy to book the 12-week service after the consultation, the consultation price will be subtracted from the 12-week protocol. 

Please note the consult does need to be booked separately if you are ready to commit to the 12-week service. The consult is already included in the price of the package.

HOW TO GET A BLOOD TEST

If you don’t have blood test results, please complete the booking first and I will send you information on how to get a blood test. Read more about blood analysis here.

  • Make sure you are in a fasted state and drink plenty of water before your blood test.

  • Do not take any supplements or exercise 24-48 hours prior to your blood test.

  • Take medication as normal

  • Yes!

    Doctors do not do blood analysis and your doctor's assessment compares your individual blood markers to the averages set by population studies.

    These results don't equate to optimal health and if results might appear outside the average range, they are used to detect and manage diseases-- not necessarily optimise or prevent them from occurring in the first place.

  • No. But I will provide you with food and nutrition guidelines, and you will be equipped to make informed decisions about your meals. You can learn how to choose what’s best for your body by listening to its needs and cravings. I will show you which foods that should form the basis of every meal as well as those items it's wise to limit or avoid altogether.

  • 12 weeks is the minimum you need to improve your health and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. If you are looking for a shorter program you can purchase The Blue Print to Optimal Health which includes a 4-week meal plan.

  • Everyone's supplement requirements can differ depending on their unique health profile. Addressing every health dysfunction requires an individual set of supplements. The right supplements have an incredibly powerful therapeutic effect when dosed and used correctly.

    Expect to budget £100-300 monthly for supplements. This will be a financial commitment and investment towards true health.

  • I specialise in helping individuals with health issues and improving their overall health and well-being. Weight loss is usually a goal for many too. If you don’t have any specific health concerns I would recommend the Self-Directed 12-week Health plan.
