I’m back at uni, I’m working and Im moving to a new flat! That’s why I haven’t been that active lately. The only thing on my mind at the moment is flooring, wallpaper, what bed to get and can’t decide on which sofa is more comfy, so to speak. I’ll be moving next week and I can promise you it will probably be a lot of post on interior and decor – psst that is my other passion.
Anyhow, I feel back on track after my 2 week drinking sesh – I’m not a person who just jumps into something the next day, I gotta ease my way into it – and it have turned out very well, have actually lost more weight, and it doesn’t look like the weight loss is about to stop just yet either. I’m not sure if this has something to do with the food I’m eating alone or that I just started to supplement with probiotics. I bet my money on the probiotics.
Anyway, leaving nutrition to one side for a moment – I think I’ll start to make this blog a bit more than just nutrition and health, somewhat more personal. It is quite demanding writing about nutrition as you must do your research and make sure you don’t write anything wrong – at times, it can take me hours to write a post – hence why I’m not as consistent with my blogging. So I want to be able to write whatever I like and not just nutrition – it’s a part of my job and a huge part of my life, and I simply love it. But to be fair, it can be a bit tiring talking about it all the time – even at parties! I recently talked to a friend of mine about aging, and mitochondria, and he said he lost me when I dropped the m-bomb! Ha!
But this blog will be mainly about nutrition and health – with a bit more me in there 🙂
So new flat! Jeez, you don’t know how excited I am! It’s going to be white, wood, copper/rose gold, marble, black, and loads of green plants. A bit of old mixed with new. Cant wait to share with you when its all done!
