It’s a lovely day, the sun is shining and here I’m sitting home in front of my computer. These are the days I really miss a balcony!
Thought I’d share what I had for breakfast this morning. SO TASTY – 2 eggs on pumpkin rye bread, avocado, and some chilli flakes. If I could have runny eggs like this every morning I would. Wait, of course, I can. Gonna kill a myth here as we are at it.
A lot of people are afraid of eating eggs every day as they know eggs contain cholesterol, and we all know we don’t want to have high cholesterol levels. However, the more cholesterol you eat, the more you excrete. Yes, thats right! And I’m sure you have never heard of a person who eats eggs every day having high cholesterol, never mind overweight and unhealthy? No? Didn’t think so.
I can from time to time go on an egg obsession, and eat eggs for nearly every meal, ever day! And do you know what happens then? My weight drops fast! Sometimes a bit too fast, and I can then panic a bit and start to eat other foods too slow down the weight loss. Yes seriously.
So enjoy your eggs with good confidence. They are a great source of protein, essentials fats and packed with loads of other good nutrients your body needs! And you will most definitely lose a few pounds (if not more) by eating eggs for your meals!
