If I knew I was going to be in so much pain just giving up caffeine for 30 days I probably wouldn’t do it. Holy macaroni its been an absolute nightmare. I have no energy what so ever. My head has banged like Ive been out partying all night. I’ve even felt sick! It’s absolutely crazy how I can be so addicted to just coffee?! My morning essential, my enjoyment. I’m not sure if im going to go back to coffee after this or simply stay away from caffeine. Do I really need it?
Anyway, other than my we are on day 2 of the diet. I find it hard in some ways, especially if I havent food prepped. So far I have been pretty much just consuming meat, veg and fruit. But a lot of fruit. So would be interesting to see if I actually might even gain weight from that? Or will my calorie intake be relatively low? Time will tell.
I have measured my body, weighed it and photographed it to see before and after picture for each diet. I will post the pictures when it is finished. But I will give you weekly updated of how much weight Ive lost/gained and also measurements.
Anyway, this will be a short post as my bed is screaming for me. Good night.
