Its Sunday folks, one of my favourite days of the week. Especially if you are hangover free!

Today I made a very simple nutritious breakfast. Mixed greek yoghurt with vanilla protein powder, blended in with the rest of my raspberry coulis from yesterday and top upped with raspberries, chia seeds and coconut. This meal is high in protein, fibre and good fats. Did you know protein and fiber are thermogenic? Which simply means it produces heat and need more energy to break down and uses stored energy. Which mean it gives a boots to the metabolism and are fat burning. Perfect start of the day if you ask me.
