Heavy back and shoulders done at the gym today, plus 45 min of cardio and some posing practice. Im normally on the stepmill when i do cardio, but today i did something different! I walked backward on the treadmill, yes you heard me right. Backwards. Why? Well, apparently it helps the front of the quadriceps and engage the core for balance. So i had to try it out, did i feel like an idiot? Yes. Had some funny faces looking at me. But it was fun, and i will definitely do it again.
Right now im planning my refeeding high carb day for tomorrow. Gonna cook some sweet, sweet treats, and try out some new recipes. There are so many fantastic healthy recipes out there, I try to make it for my taste and what I can eat. So i find all my inspiration from Instagram.
