Hey ho! Its carb refeeding day! Which means im increasing my carb intake with 100 % or more. That means its donuts and burgers all the way! This will help to “fill” up my muscles, so I will look more muscular. Also cutting down on water to get rid of water retention. And im loving it.
Took a trip to the hairdresser today as well. Wanted to get purple ends, but she wouldnt let me. So i took the matters into my own hands, and coloured some extensions and viola, purple ends. And im loving it. Might do it permanent after the comp.
