About a year ago (?) I decided I wanted to try out a few popular diets, as I wanted to know how different diets reacted to the body and I wanted to find the “ultimate diet” for me. However, after doing just 3 of the 10 (?) diets, I do not want to do any of the ones I planned to do. Why? Well first of all: All the 3 diets I tried, I didn’t particular like any of them. One reason being restricted from food and had to constantly plan out meals. And second, I know believe restricting food in your daily diet is wrong. I dont think any food shoul be restricted, unless you have a food allergy or are intolerant to certain foods – theres not really any point to cut out sugar, gluten or junk food. You just have to learn how to balance and another few tricks 😉
The last few months, Ive gotten such a relaxed relationship with food. And I can now eat whatever I want (within reasons) without really gaining weight. In fact, I actually find it hard to put weight on – even eating not as healthy as I normally do, it just doesnt show! I feel the best Ive ever been, I love my body. Well, of course theres always improvements that can be done – no one ever gets completely satisfied do they?
