So whats been happening? Well, as you know, had a eating day yesterday, and boy did i eat. Its only so much food one person can eat. Back to normal diet today. Which i prefer. Other than that, been at the gym twice today, fasted cardio in the morning which i did not want to at all today, I was so tired, got out of bed, but on some shorts and a hoodie and pretty much kept my eyes closed the whole cardio session. Went back home for breakfast and a sleep and back into the gym to do some chest and arms. Had no energy today, so i went to my friends gym and stayed in the sauna for about 2 hours, yes i fell asleep. Gotta get rid of loads of water retention before the comp. So gotta start sweating! It was wonderful. Make it a great day! 9 DAYS TO GO!
